NetroView
is an internet based document exchange system.
|
 |
 |
NetroView
enables
the central viewing, editing and management of documents, which
have to be frequently transferred during a workflow.
|
 |
NetroView
is installed
on a usual UNIX server as client server solution, which forms
the core of the web based interaction.
|
 |
Your
customers only require an Internet access and a web browser in order
to use NetroView. No
additional hardware or software is required.
|
 |
The
document stored as PDF is exchanged, commented on and edited via Internet.
Comments and desired changes can be inserted directly into the document
by your customer aided by NetroView
through his/her Web-Browser. The stored data is immediately
available to all participating in the project, who are automatically
informed by E-Mail and can directly react to the customer's wish.
|
 |
All
desired changes and editing are documented such that each participant
in the project has an identical view of the project progress
and of the editing stages.
|
 |
Authentication
criteria, editing hierarchies to be individually set up
and client allocations are equally included in NetroView
's features as are an intuitive navigation, encrypted data
transfer and a clear project management.
|
 |
For example:
You put your draft on the server as a PDF file for the client. No prior training is necessary.
You decide at any given point who can access and comment on a certain page,
project or version of a document.
Your client views the draft on the Internet and, using a browser,
is now able to make comments of any length, mark portions of the draft, and draw.
With the command 'save' the annotations get put on the server,
and you get notified of the proposed changes automatically per e-mail.
You put your revised version on the server once again;
this time, the client will be notified automatically of the updated version ready for viewing.
This process can be repeated indefinitely. Every version of a document gets saved,
the client's annotations are documented and the designing process stored.
